No, we will provide everything that you need except the alcohol, which will need to be purchased by you. We do provide a shopping list of recommended liquor sizes based on your number of guests and serve time.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your reservation. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your scheduled date of event.
Each bartender has their own OLCC Permit, which is required to legally serve alcohol in the state of Oregon. Once the event starts, it is crucial that we are the only ones serving alcohol at all times, to abide by the law. In terms of insurance, we carry general event and liquor liability insurance.
Yes! Non-alcoholic menu options are available upon request. We would love to create some fun, delicious mocktails of your choice.
Upon inquiry (once you fill out our questionnaire), we will reach out to set up a phone call or zoom meeting to further discuss details of the event you are planning and be able to provide an accurate cost. Once booking is confirmed, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be collected and we will send you an email within 24 hours with a copy of receipt/confirmation of payment as well as the details of your event that we have discussed.
Up to 40 miles of travel from Portland is included in the cost of each package. Additional mileage will be an additional cost.
The standard amount of bartenders for any event booked with us for up to 50 people is 2. Anything beyond 50 people will require additional bartenders, which will then add an additional cost. This will ensure that we are able to provide high-quality service.
